How to view photos that i backed up from the iPhone to the iTunes on the PC ( windows 8 ) ?

the photos are not deleted to recover them. I want to view them on the PC, I don't know where they are stored on the pc:)
At least one of those apps will recover info fro an iPod backup made by iTunes
Backups of your iPhone do not include the media as far as I know.
If these are photos that you took on the iPhone, then first of all you need to transfer them to your computer from the DCIM folder. You then place them in a folder of your choice and then look in that folder on your computer to view them.
