Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
From your question, it sounds like you are using iCloud Music Library with your iTunes Match subscription. iCloud Music Library is the service that shares your music content across your devices.
If you are not seeing this music on one of your devices, your iPhone, I would first suggest making sure that you are signed into the same Apple ID on your iPhone and have iCloud Music Library enabled.
Turn on iCloud Music Library
With your Apple Music membership, you can sync your music by turning on iCloud Music Library on all of the devices on which you want to use Apple Music.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- In the Apple Music app, tap the profile icon and sign in with the same Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
- From your device's Home screen, go to Settings > Music, and turn on iCloud Music Library.

- If you already have music on your device, you'll be asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. Choose Merge to add the songs currently on your device to your library.* If you select Replace, the music on your device is replaced with your Apple Music library.
