Q: Can´t delete music downloaded from apple music!

Hello, I want to cancel my Apple music account and with that I also want to delete all the music I downloaded to my local storage. I´m trying to do that manually inside the Apple Music app, I click remove and it doesn´t work..! I´ve also tried to do it inside the Settings menu in the storage manager, I click delete in the artist I want to get rid, it disappear from the list, but after I refresh the artist is still there...I want to remove 4 GB of music from my iPhone and I just can´t do it... I´m terribly disappointed with Apple music...a lot of bugs going on... can anyone help?

Thanks for your time.

    Hi Tiago,

I understand you want to cancel your Apple Music membership and delete the music you've downloaded to your iPhone to free up space.  The resources below will explain how to do that.

Delete songs and music videos from your iCloud Music Library

Manage your Apple Music membership on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

Turn off automatic renewal to cancel your membership

If you want to cancel your Apple Music membership, turn off Automatic Renewal.

Your membership might renew if you don't turn off Automatic Renewal more than 8 hours before your renewal date.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    1. In the Music app, tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
    2. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in.
    3. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage. If you have more than one subscription, tap Your Membership (Apple Music Membership) to see your membership options.

Under Renewal Options, turn off Automatic Renewal. Confirm your selection, then tap Done.

If you don't see the option to turn off Automatic Renewal, your subscription will automatically stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

    1. Tap Done to return to your Account screen, and then tap Done to return to the app.

    Take care,
