App: Player Xtreme Pro and accessing files via wifi

I have the upgraded version (Pro) that should allow me to down load video files via wifi. But, I am not unable to do so.


The app shows the right link(s) and "wifi" has been enabled but I get the following message: Loading failed with the following error: unable to log into the server. Check the username and password. Error code:16711713


I have not been able to find where or how to verify the username and password. Also "Settings" in my iPad shows that I am connected to my "wifi" network.


I found a link to the PlayerXtreme web sight but it is shutdown and won't be open for a week +; and I tried to get support through the Apple app store but only got this option.


Where do I get help to use the App to it's fullest?


My device is an iPad mini with ios 9.21 (which is the latest version available). Total capacity 27.3 GB with 9.5 GB available.
