How do you "unzoom" in Safari with a magic mouse?

How do you "unzoom" when using a magic mouse? It does this when using a mouse normally. Nothing works to zoom out! When it zooms in, neither single or double tap zooms out. Refresh comes back the same. I loose all my work if I havn't gone to system prefs on that computer first and disabled the feature. If I'm not logged in as an admin, I'm screwed. Command "-" doesn't work.There must be a way out of this. (I need to carry a regular mouse around and see if I can use that instead)
