microsoft designer bluetooth desktop

Has there been found any solution for the keyboard pairing. I can't pair mine too. After pressing connect it gives me a 6 digit code which is useless on the keyboard. After this step it gives you a non-stop connection phase and finally it stops with you pressing on bt button on the keyboard.

On Windows 10 it works great; Connect, 6 digit code, press enter and finish.

I read more topics about this theme on this platform, has been found a solution for this, or do we have to wait until a new OS X update?

I suggest you ask Microsoft why it does not work as described. Waiting for an update from Apple is a waste of time. It is NOT a software developer's responsibility to assure third party device connectivity (this is true for Apple, Microsoft, and anyone else).

Hi there,

Having the same problem, today i bough the microsoft designer bluetooth mouse

and no pair at all :/

i was following the whole communities 😕 with no luck!

did you solve the problem??

I changed the batteries and it worked but my problem was also with the keyboard, I didn't have any issues with the mouse. Does your device work on windows systems?
