Basically with AirPrint, your iOS devices will automatically discover any and all AirPrint compatible printers sharing the same wifi network as the device.

Therefore, you are forced to use a less capable printer interface than Apple's AirPrint (unless you choose to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer).
You could, for example, use HP's ePrint app, available here:

(their list has the "HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer Series (H711)" so I dont know of that is the specific model in question. If it needs a firmware update, they have instructions of how to do that).
