Q: I cannot upgrade my iOS because my iPhone 6s+ says it is backing up from the iCloud. It has been 5 days. What can I do now?

I Cannot upgrade my iOS to 9.2.1 because my iPhone 6s+ says it is restoring from iCloud. It has been 5 days now. What can  do now?

    Try a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not lose anything.
