The Brother support site should include software options for your computer
however the driver package supplied to run the printer options should have
included them. You could check their main support site to see if others exist.

However suggested use of Contacts (formerly known as Address Book)
may be all you need to make and print addressed labels in your OS X.
Good luck & happy computing! 🙂
First you need to enter yourself as a Contact.
Once that is done, scroll to that card and in the "Card" menu select "Make This My Card"
Then when printing, select Style > Envelopes and in the line below that click Label and put a checkmark in front of Print My Address.
Thank you for detailing this process. Helpful to those who don't want to
purchase, or open, a larger application to address envelopes; however a
few printers included OK drivers, and those may depreciate after OS X
update or upgrade. Detailed functions may cease to exist as printers age.
Same thing with tired fingers attempting to navigate interface rituals. 😝
Sorry to be such a pest, but I cannot get this to work.....when I get the address in and hit print it goes to a page that shows printers, presets, copies, but nothing prints and I have to force quit contacts to get out of that page.
If there is no Print/Cancel button in that window you may want to post a new question with a title something like "Cannot print from Contacts app" or "Contacts print dialog doesn't have a print button" and give a complete description in the body of the new question of what is showing in the print window.
Open the Contacts app and use File menu > New Card. The address area is near the bottom of the card.
Seems like you need to consult the documentation that came with the printer.
printer is set up correctly, but what application do I need on the computer?
looking for FREE software to install for printing envelopes
You can print envelopes for free directly from the Contacts app on a Mac without installing any additional software.
