Bootcamp not available on restart / alternate Win7 install without internal DVD(?)

Machine details:

MacBook Pro 17-inch, Early 2011

OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

- I had Win7 installed for several years on Bootcamp (VMWare Fusion as well). Had growing list of issues with SolidWorks which necessitated a clean Win7 install. I installed a second drive (SSD2) and ran into the issues others have experienced attempting to install Win7 without the internal DVD drive.

- I used Bootcamp Assistant to download drivers, etc. and erase / prepare the SSD2.

- Launched Bootcamp1 (original), plugged in external Apple Superdrive (did the fix to get that to work with this machine) inserted Win7 disk and used Win7 running on Bootcamp1 to install Win7 on SSD2 / Bootcamp2. Install with no issues, then installed the Bootcamp drivers. All good.

- During the Win7 install, and subsequent reboots back and forth with OS X, Only 1 Windows drive was shown after holding alt during boot. After selecting the Windows drive, a black screen would appear and list Windows 7 twice. The new Win7 / SSD2 / Bootcamp2 was the first one, and the old Win7 / SSD1 partition / Bootcamp 1 was the second. I could pick and successfully boot into either Win7.

- Well, I no longer needed the Bootcamp1 / Win7 so I used Bootcamp Assistant to remove it and reclaim the partition.

- Now, when holding alt on restart, the Windows drive is not shown. I can see Bootcamp2 drive and files in Finder, Disk Utility and startup disk.

- I've read Loner T's posts regarding his drive magic, but don't want to assume previous solutions will work here.

- Below are the disk details:

Loner T - help would be very much appreciated - thank you in advance!
