Is the version of iStat Menus you are using uptodate?

The panics are caused by a hardware fault, not by software. Waste no time taking the machine in for service before the warranty expires.

Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider. You may have to leave the machine there for several days.

Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.

If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.

Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.

*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.

I have a similar problem. Would that

be a hardware problem too? It crashes randomly many times in a day. I formatted the HD and reinstall OS X and still have the same problem

There isn't anything in your panic that specifically points to hardware or not to hardware, though if you reinstalled and have the same issue that is more indicative of a hardware failure.

Try running either Apple Hardware Test or Apple Diagnostics, depending on whether your Mac is from before June 2013 or not.

I have a mid 2010 MacBook pro and tried both Apple Hardware Test and Apple Diagnostics, using the "D" key while turning the computer on, but didn't work. I don't know why...I maybe doing something wrong. Should I use the "D" key for both options?

If your machine is old enough to have come with system boot discs, you may need to run it from that.

Is that the original RAM? It has an odd model number identification. Bad or incompatible RAM isl probably the most common hardware problem.

Last year I changed the original 4GB memory RAM that came with my MacBook for a 8GB memory RAM from "Crucial". Now that you mention it I think it all started after I changed the memory...it took a while but it was after that
