Q: icloud

I live in Iran, and as many of my country customers, I am dealing with problems which could not be solved because of not having an official apple store here.

there's no lie.

we have to create apple ids which are registered from another country, or even worse , we may buy some called original apple ids which become blocked for some security reasons after while.

I beg you, you have customers here, your products are sold here, I, myself , have an apple watch, mac book, and iphone, so please pay us a little attention.

here's my problem. I created an apple id with my gmail account and made my icloud with that. after a while my apple id was blocked for some security reasons(as the error says) . so I made another apple id with my uncle address in Canada, and change the apple id in my phone,but now I can not change my icloud address, cause it says the apple id has been blocked so it wants me to change my password in order to verify my account, so I changed the password for a million times,bet again,when I want to delete my icloud account, this cycle goes on and on. what can I do to delete my former icloud and register my new one?
