Q: HELP:Trying to reset password and email

My wife and I both have iPhone 6S and we are trying to reset her username and password for Apple and icloud but it will not let her and now we are locked out completely. She forgot her security questions. It let her reset the password but continues to not let her in and wants to reset the password again and again and again. She feels like throwing the phone at this point. She put in her email to have the reset sent to her but now it's saying no such email exist. Can someone please help?
