Q: Sim Card for I phone 5s?

If it is a Sprint phone then yes - you can get one on Amazon or E Bay - OR if you are planning to use the phone on the Sprint network - walk into one of their stores if there is one around - they may be able to provide you with a free SIM card

An iPhone can't be activated without a supported  SIM card inserted.

That said - on E bay at least - look for someone that has several sales - more than 5 or 6 hundred - and look at their approval rating - that will usually stand you in good stead as will sellers who accept returns

Go to a corporate Sprint store and get one for free, don't buy one. Get them to set up your iPhone while you are there.
