Does anyone know how to get rid of this stupid grey bar at the bottom of the screen without deleting the app?
iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

I Have all notifications turned off. Everywhere I could find them.
The apps' ability to send notifications is usually governed by the overall Settings - Notifications area
If you have it turned off there as well as in the settings of the app - then I am at a loss to understand how this is showing up
