Certain audio tracks won't sound off after export, not sure why?

I'm exporting a feature-length film I made, sharing for Apple Devices at 1080 p. My issue is only with a few clips of audio that are vastly important for the narrative of the film - - There's not obvious indication as to what the problem might be - none of the files are too quiet to be heard, none are disabled, all are stereo... All seem to be linked.

Not sure what to do !

Okay, so I exported for Apple Devices at 1080 p, using the better quality option (h.264)

I took screen shots for the information you asked about, let me know if you need any other info.

Here is the link to those screenshots (again, please let me know if there are any issues with the link)

Thank you for your time!

So the problem I gather from the images is in the safari and the zoom files. Is that right?

I see they are in 44.1. That's always a problem when mixed with video that usually uses 48K.

Is there a problem with MVI_5383?

What are the file formats? I don't see that anywhere? AIFF, WAV, MP3, AAC? Not seeing the project properties anywhere.

Are you monitoring 5.1 surround? Is the project set to output 5.1? I see some files are full rear.

Apple devices are stereo only I think.

Yes sir, I should have clarified that and no, there is not any issue with the MVI file as far as I know.

What does it mean for a file to be in "44.1"? I apologize for my lack of sound knowledge, I'm learning.

The file formats for the zoom clips are WAV ; the safari file is an MP3

Project properties: 1920 X 1080 | 23.98 p - 1080p HD - Stereo | 48kHz

I've been editing sound with a pair of large headphones for sound recording - not sure if the project is set to output 5.1 - how do I check on that?

Thanks again for your time, please let me know if more info is needed!

The zoom file is recording at 44.1kHz, which is the CD audio standard. That's not normally used in video. Audio recorded for video is normally at 48kHz. You can see this in the MVI file. I asked if there was a problem with the MVI file because you posted a screenshot of it. Unless you're syncing the Zoom to video it should be alright to use the production.

You should never use MP3 audio in a production application. Convert the MP3 to AIFF at 48k.

The output is the project properties. It's stereo. If you're working in stereo you should not be using the surround panner at all. This can cause problems.

You give a lot of screen shots, but I'm not clear what you're trying to show. Which audio pieces in all that are you having a problem with?

Is there a way to change the file from 44.1kHz to a more compatible form?

Also, the audio files I am referencing are highlighted in the screenshots I sent you.

It's strange that these clips in particular are having issues, because they are really just bladed bits of longer clips which are scattered throughout the timeline (and which work in those other instances

I should add that I used the surround panner to "create space" as the option is called - to place sounds in general areas of the cinematic space - I used it extensively and it does not seem to be a problem elsewhere in the film

No sir, I did not get rid of the surround panner on any of them because it's role is so vital at this point and for the reason that it is only these clips which were affected by the export - affected in that they do not sound off at all in contrast to every single other audio clip I used surround panner for.

Here are two screenshots with the clips I am speaking of highlighted in yellow
