mp3 files

Soon to be switching to hype pro but just finishing up 2 simple children's books using widgets created with Adobe edge and dropped into iBooks Author and tested on my iPad with iBooks using mp3 files embedded in the widget. Tested multiple times and functions awesome. Should I convert them to mp4a or stay with the MP3 files in current project and moving forward with future projects use MP4/ACC?
