why is there no fingers crossed emoji

Okay no hear me out, seriously the amount of times I need a fingers crossed emoji in my life and all my friends always type *fingers crossed emoji* like seriously we have a middle finger one so why not a fingers crossed one.

Apple does not create Emojis. They are created by the Unicode Consortium. The have to be standard or devices from different manufacturers wouldn't recognize each other's emojis.
