Why does my iPad pro sync all the movies I have loaded every time I connect to iTunes?

Each time I connect to itnues, the iPad Pro 128gb syncs ALL 12 movies I have chosen for this iPad - Takes a LONG time to sync.

Can this be changed to only sync when there is a change in movies I have selected for transfer?

It does that because you set it to.
