I suspect that notification in not a valid request. Do not provide any credentials.

IT seems to have come from Apple, sent to my email, it has a faq which allows me to go to what looks like a legit apple page, it explains the impact of failure to validate, also a wondering why you got the email paragraph, it has a #number, timed & dated,
Did the email include your full name? What was the address that it was sent from?

That is NOT an Apple email account. It is a phishing letter don't follow through on it.

Never respond to any email links of that type.
Identifying fraudulent "phishing" email - Apple Support will help you identify the source of that email, and if fraudulent report it to Apple.
