Q: Newer Version of iPhone Software
The last couple of times I have synched with iTunes, iTunes says that a newer version of the iPhone software is available (version 9.2.1). But I have version 9.2.1 already. It says to click the Update button, but that button is grayed out. When I look on my iPhone, it says that there are no updates available. Any ideas why this keeps happening?

There is a new build of 9.2.1 that is only available via iTunes, not over the air. It addresses a possible issue with phones that have been serviced by third parties. See If you see error 53 and your iPhone or iPad gets stuck on the 'Connect to iTunes' screen - Apple Support. If you've not had the phone serviced by a third party you could ignore the reminder until the next proper update, or let it install so you stop getting the notification. Not sure why the update button is greyed out for you. Are you waiting until after any automatic sync operation has completed?
