Does Apple pay have the decision support service?

Does Apple pay have a service of decision support? It means that Can I get recommendation of Card when I buy something. For example, I register 3 cards; A, B, C. And I purchased Coffee at the Starbucks and when I pay by Apple pay, Apple pay recommend B card to pay because of the benefit of B card. Please answer me about this. Thank you
