Tab Caps and Shift not working on A1314 wireless keyboard

Ok, so I have a wireless keyboard and the tab, capslock and shift keys dont work. The ~ key works, and the control key works, as well as Q A and Z. Any thoughts on if I can save those keys?

I understand keys on your wireless keyboard no longer function. Here are some troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through for this issue.

Thanks for the response, but I'm actually using the keyboard on a Windows PC and I'm thinking its probably a hardware issue, since the 3 keys that aren't working are located next to each other.
