Q: turning on 3G losses network and shows No Service

when ever i turn on 3G on my Iphone5 (iOS 9.2.1) it losses network and shows No Service whether i'm using cellular data or even wifi. just clicking on 3G from 2G and this happens.

I understand your iPhone will display a no service indicator when you toggle 3G. I would start with going through the troubleshooting steps in the article below.
