Hi All,
After searching and searching my mac, I can not find where the 250 odd GB of movies are being stored. My Hard Drive is full. I have an external HD and thought I had moved all movies onto there and I can't find where they could be.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have done all the usual stuff, including right clicking the iMovie library and all of them point to the external hard drive.

Thank you so much for replying. This is a screen shot of my storage capacity and there is no other. The pink Photos, I know is in iPhoto but the yellow movies I can not find where they are (and they are not part of iPhoto because when I check how big iPhoto library is, it is about 270gb) I also can not see my hard drive space in finder. Only the second picture below. Is there another way to see what is in it?
Oh and I am really sorry but I have just seen that it says I am using an older version, but I have 10.10.2

Found it! The HD was hidden in preferences, I was able to see which file was big and it was my iPhone backups that was taking all the space. All sorted, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Have you restarted your Mac since your deleted the movies?
