I CAN'T GET HELP FROM APPLE BECAUSE THEY DON'T RECOGNIZE MY IPOD SERIAL NUMBER AND I CAN'T GET THE IPOD POWERED ON.
I can't get help from Apple because their sign-on requires my iPod Nano Serial number and they don't recognize it. I was calling because I can't download from my iTunes to my iPod Nano but find I can't even get it to power up even though it is plugged into my computer. So I have 2 issues: namely 1. powering it on, and 2. downloading from my computer iTunes to my iPod Nano
