Q: I need to restore my phone but Find My Phone won't let me

I've had some problems with my phone, and Apple Support told me to restore my phone. they send me a "How to" text, where I did everything by the book. I turned off the "find my phone" (it was actually turned off, I never used it), and restored it. Now I can't start my phone again because it says that my device is connected to a "find my phone" account. I've deleted the device already on Apple ID and on ICloud, but it still won't start. What can I do?
