What happens if I deauthorize an iphone? Will it lose its content? I no longer have access to some of the computers that were authorozed?

I have a new Windows 10 laptop, and am trying to import my iTunes library - getting a message telling me I need to deactivate one of the 5 computers originally authorized, but they are long gone......what are my options, please?

iTunes offers a "once a year" option to Deauthorize All computers. This is how you can deactivate computers you no longer possess. Note that you can have 5 computers authorized, and 10 iOS devices. So by deauthorizing the computers, you are not deauthorizing your iPhone.

Here's how to do it...There is an option to Deauthorize All
