Podcast episode removed by iTunes?

I uploaded an episode to iTunes that was showing up when I initially uploaded it. A listener alerted me that it had stopped showing up in iTunes and has not shown up since. It still shows in other apps that use my feed, but not in iTunes. Trying to find a solution to the problem. Thanks.
