There appears to be an ongoing problem in the Store; as your episode appears when subscribing the feed is apparently OK so there isn't really anything you can do at your end except wait. You could report it to Support: go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

They say that sufferers should contact them and request a reindex; that should solve it for that particular episode.
