I had bought a couple of music videos and songs off of iTunes about a year ago that I had recently deleted. I want to now re-download these items but they aren't showing up in my purchases. I was wondering if there was a way I could still access and download these items.

Are you looking for them under the Purchases option that appears under the Quick Links section in the iTunes Music Store?
If so, are you signed on with the same Apple ID that you originally used to purchase them?

Yes, I am using the same account.
What about the path? Where are you looking for these purchases?

I click on the Quick Links section and then on "Purchases."
And then what? Are you looking in the Music Store? Did you click on Not in My Library?
Have you checked the iTunes Store to make sure the items are still available?

After I click on "Purchased" and "Not in My Library" it says that I don't have any purchased music available to download.
It's possible to hide iTunes Store purchases. Those missing purchases may be hidden.
