So I got an iPhone 5c and its cracked with black lines across the screen and black spots, also it unresponsive but works. What do I got do to fix it and be able to use it again?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider to have the screen replaced.
