Q: i bought an ipad air 2, i can not activate my ipad at start up, it keep asking me to sign in using the original apple id info which i do not have and i can not get in touch with the previous owner,,,,,,,,can anyone help me with this????

Ask for a refund. Without the original owner's password to sign out, the device is unusable to you.

As petermac87 says, your device is Activation Locked, and nobody can help you.
