Q: Issues viewing new folders and deleting old folders from desktop

Hi there,

I'm having issues moving and seeing folders on my desktop. Screenshots aren't visible, new folders that I create aren't visible, external hard-drives/usbs aren't visible, and older folders can't be moved to trash/deleted properly via the desktop.

Can anyone advise?

Hey Alex,

I understand that you are having some issues with accessing and seeing files on your desktop. It could be related to permissions not being set correctly for your desktop. Start wit htaking a look at the article below for more details about this and how to change them.
