I can't turn off "find my iPhone". Every time I enter my Apple ID password, it show me a message "Your Apple ID or password is incorrect" while I'm using the same ID and password for iTunes successfully. I changed the password many times and the same !!

If you can log into iCloud.com using the same ID and password, it sounds like the phone isn't connecting to the network. Go to Safari on the phone and try going to Apple.com. If it fails, there's your problem. The phone must be connected to the cellular network or Wi-Fi to turn off Find My iPhone.
Are you the ORIGINAL owner of the phone? It may be asking for the ORIGINAL owner's Apple ID & password. If so see this link:
This worked for me. I guess I missed this in the instructions about having to be connected to wi-fi before you can turn off "find my iphone". Thanks for the info.
