Mar 8, 2016 8:53 AM in response to ndw1996by ZikzakCorp,I assume you've already gone to Settings > General > Accessibility and turned Grayscale on and off. If that and restarting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device. If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
