Is it possible to view what spotlight has searched for on a certain date? I know how to view Safari history, but wondered if there was a way to see what Spotlight had searched for on a certain date - I think someone was on my computer on a day I wasn't here, so I'd like to see if anything was looked at.

Spotlight doesn't work that way, (you can only exclude items it searches for)
If you are worried you can arrange your Finder windows :
