Q: Password is wrong ( I'm sure I'm right!)

I've used my 6s for few months, and I have two apple accounts, one of them sometimes shows that I type wrong password. Usually I just switch off and switch on my mobile again, it would be fine. Today, it is crazy that no matter I switch off and on again it or I reset password for many times, it never work! but now I can login here and ask questions, still, I can't upgrade my app! Does anyone have this problem...? Pls help me, thx.

You may want to consider going with one ID - I understand that you may have content tied to the other but still -

I just got a new 6S Plus. I only have one ID. I wanted to restore back up from old phone onto new one from Itunes stored on my desktop. I have logged in with the right PW but then once i try and do the restore it tells me the password is incorrect BUT I AM SURE I am using the only passwords that I know.

Hi,
I just can tell you my solution, I use my old iphone( it is 4s) to sign in again with that ID. It never check my identity like the new 6s do. I successfully signed in by 4s then I try again on 6s, it works and just directly let me in. Hope this can help you too, good luck!
