How to downgrade Safari?

Hello everyone! This is my first post on here so I will make this as easy as I can for you guys. Also I am not really an Apple person, I am a IT Technician spend most of my time on windows machines. I know my way round apple OS but this defeats me.

Mac IOS X 10.11.3 (El Capitan)

Safari Version 9.0.3

Hardware (not sure if you really need to know at all so ill keep the list short)

Intel Core 2 Duo

8GB RAM

256mb Graphics Card

Okay so basically this is a office Mac that the development team use for web design. Today we updated the IOS software and so far haven't had any problems. Well not really any problems anyway but the problem is it's upgraded Safari to 9.0.3 and the web development team need this to be 9.0.2 because they are designing specific pages and designs. I know there is not really a way to downgrade apple products without a ball ache however I really need this to be done.

Here is some additional information.

I DON'T have a backup to try and restore Safari to an earlier period.

I CAN'T reinstall another IOS and restore from backup, they need this machine to be working all of the time.

I need this to happen, I don't really mind how or what I have to do. If I do have to reinstall the IOS again and roll back Safari then so be it.

Thanks for the information to whoever leaves any for me.

Thanks I did wonder so thanks for clearing that up for me, look like a fool now!

Anyway back onto the subject at hand. I probably do have a backup somewhere of the previous OS that was installed however they have done mountains of work since then and I just can't risk losing any file from that Mac as it has customers designs on it and all sorts. Doing a backup now also won't do anything for me either I guess as I have upgraded now.

It isn't really much "different" however the development team were Ironing out bugs in Safari 9.0.2 and now it's upgraded one of the bugs hasn't been fixed on 9.0.2 but works fine on 9.0.3 what is good however some people are going to be running 9.0.2 still and we can't fix the issue unless we revert back to 9.0.2 and are 100% it is fine. Honestly if I didn't have to go through with this I wouldn't but these guys need it done!

Also why can't you roll back Safari. why make it so impossible and so impossible to roll back the OS let alone the bloody browser just IMO it is just crap.

Go to the Apple Download site and download the OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 Update package. Next download the demo version of Pacifist, launch it and open the combo updater package. Lastly extract the Safari app to wherever you want it. It will be V 9.0.2.

After I posted I tried extracting Safari from the combo updater. It may very well work with the paid version of Pacifist but not the demo version. It only extracted an incomplete file of just over 4MBs and no icon.

Very helpful advise.

I did a downgrade from Safari 10 to 9.1.2 (from 10.11.6 combo update).

Version 9.1.2 feels faster to me.

The Pacifist asked to disable System Integrity Protection.

I did this with the 'csrutils disable' command in the Terminal while running in the Recovery Mode.

After downgrade I've enabled protection in the same way with the 'csrutils enable' command.
