Q: Is there anyway i can get old photos from old devices onto my more recent phone ?(

Apple TVJust enable iCloud photo library on all of them (settings > photos & camera > iCloud photo library), leave it a while and you'll end up with all the photos on all the devices.

If the photos are only on the devices and the devices are broken or lost, then unfortunately there is nothing you can do.
