Hello,
I want to read my iBooks in other e-readers than iPad... therefore, I need to convert a few of my epub books from iTunes/iBooks as PDFs or .mobi.
Someone could help me with this task? I cannot find a reliable service, process or convertor.

If you paid for your iBooks, they probably have DRM and cannot be read on a non-Apple device regardless of how you convert them.
To avoid pointless suggestions, tell us what you have already tried without success.

Thanks for clarifying, even though, I feel very disappointed. Indeed, I paid for several books that I used to read through my iPad (first edition). Now that my iPad burned out, I cannot afford a new one (I live in Brazil). So, how I still keep owning what I already purchased and is, sadly, technology-dependable?
I've tried several online tools (free or trials) aimed to convert .epubs to PDFs or .mobi (Kindle's format - I just purchased one). I even checked a few apps in the App Store that "promise" converting such formats. However, the reviews are so bad that I gave-up on purchasing them.
Thant's all. I'm also checking with Kindle's support how I can manage to convert these iBooks. There are at least 15 very important books that I need to keep accessing.
Hope this explains what I've tried and my pain points.

You could try the Calibre app, which I think is free.
But if your books have DRM, it will not work. To read your books on a Kindle, you will probably have to repurchase them from the Amazon store.

I just downloaded Calibre and will see what can be done.
It's sad that if they have DRM, what they probably are, I'll be forced to purchase them again.
