Q: Podcast Feed is updating in Podcast App on iOS but not in iTunes

It does look like the same problem with the Store, and there's not really anything you can do about it yourself. You could report the issue to Support: go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Currently your artwork is not in the Apple spec range.

Your artwork is smaller than 1,400 x 1,400 - we have seen shows not update for artwork outside the Apple spec range.

Proper artwork for itunes must meet all these specs:

1,400 x 1,400 pixels to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels.

.jpg or .png

RGB color

AND and this is a BIG AND

<500 kb file size.

Make sure you update your artwork - and you MUST also change the file name of the artwork before you upload it to your libsyn account.

I'm having this same problem. I'm seeing a couple things on here. Either

1) there's nothing I can do

or

2) it has something to do with the size of my image/logo?

Can someone confirm that for me?

I've never touched the logo, so I'm not sure why that would all of a sudden pop up as the cause out of nowhere, but I'd like to hurry and fix it if it is.

If you would like to start your own thread, and include the URLs of your iTunes Store page and your feed, we can try to diagnose your problem. Without this information it's obviously not possible to answer your question.
