how to contact apple support when unable to retrieve apple id

my phone has completely frozen on the update software page and there i can't turn it off or do anything at all. it won't even let me restore it.

i am away on holidays and nowhere near an apple store, I'm trying to do apple support via email but its asking for my serial number which i can't get because my phone isn't working. can anyone help me? thanks
