I bought a pair of Apple earbuds almost a month ago online and as I pulled them out, the jack broke inside, including the plastic. I pried it out peice by peice and I was hoping I could get a new pair. I still have the earbuds, their packaging, and the receipt. Any chance I can get a new pair? And how?
