NO... i just buy phone... Not use contract... But first time insert sim card one.

I THINK YES... because before i can use this number....when i visit to korea, i use sim card kt korea.... after that can't active use that number...
Find out. If it is a supported carrier, you would have to take it up with them and make sure they have provisioned your account to work with an iPhone.
