Q: Im able to connect to wifi anywhere but at home what can i do to solve this problem

I updated to ios 9 a few months ago then my location and time change and im not able to correct it. I'm able to sign in to wifi at school, Work but not on any home routers. I was able to sign on before but no long able to. I took it in to a apple store and they said it's working at there location but still not at home.

OBS iPod touch, iOS 9.2.1

    Take a look at this Apple Support article:

    Reset your network settings.


    Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings


    Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

    • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
    • Press and hold on the Home button
    • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.


    Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
