Q: i cant burn a cd. i keep getting error 4450. how can i get this to stop

every time ive tried to burn a cd tonight I keep getting error 4450. I don't know how to get this to go away. I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it and same thing. driver is up to date. I ran diagnostics and here are the results. not that I know what they mean.
