i would like to upgrade my Mac ram from 4gb to 8gb .

my mac model no A1278 which is late 2011 model.

what is the subsequent cost associated with it and authorised service provider in Mumbai for that.

any information in this context is highly appreciated.

Who knows? Call a couple. You realize we are just other consumers? - and most of us not in India.

Here in the USA the RAM would cost $50-100 plus installation charges or do it yourself (requires simple tools and care).
