Q: I can not access the game center

Hello

From 2 days I can not access to Game Center after creating a second Apple ID.

I tried to reset the settings but I got nothing.

The problem continues and I need an urgent help.

If you care to know, after clicking on the application of Game Center, the screen becomes white and "freezes."

The same happens when I try to access the Game Center settings on the settings, it stops.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

If I understand correctly, the Game Center app unexpectedly stops responding after opening on your iPhone 5s. If you haven't already, try running through the general app troubleshooting tips in the article below.
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support
Restart the app
Close the app and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn your device off and back on.
Check for iOS and app updates

Make sure that you're using latest version of iOS.

If the issue persists, try restoring your iPhone as shown here:
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
