I am using iCal and just upgraded to El Capitan. I have my calendar time zone correctly set to Eastern Standard. When setting up a meeting with UK/London [5 hour time difference] iCal calculates the time difference as 4 hours not 5. The same as GMT +1, one so on. Essentially I am finding a 1 hour bug in iCal that was not there before El Capitan. Does anyone have advice on how to resolve?
